Router Table - For rounding over the MDF battery mould edges.

Same frame as used for the saw-bench, but now an aluminium sheet holds an inverted router: First sand the sides of the box to make uniform. I printed a 3D printed sanding block, printed to the shape of the sides: Round-off the vertical corners: Then round-off the top corners Next step is to 3D print the fillets for the bottom and epoxy these on. Then print another sanding-shape for sanding the sides to be uniform. Finally, fill the holes/gaps and coat the MDF with epoxy to make a hard surface for sanding and polishing.

Chopped Carbon Fibre tests

Chopped Carbon Fibre backed with CF Cloth Randomly placed chopped CF in a pigmented resin: CF cloth behind. The resin was applied to cloth. Tried 3D printing a fillet for the mould. Think this will work quite well:
